MASTERSTROKE GOLF PACKAGES are very popular and we will do everything possible to reserve the package of your choice but all supplies including hotel accommodation and tee times are subject to availability at time of reservation.
When you are ready to reserve the itinerary our procedure is to request a credit card in order to go to the next stage, which is to confirm the reservations on the proposed itinerary. We will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form (CCA) for payment of the deposit, which we will ask you to complete, sign and return. The form will advise on the amount of the deposit and the date the charge will be made. Please be aware the deposit is non refundable once we have charged your card. We would like to suggest you consider insurance cover for cancellations if you believe there is any risk at all of your having to do that.
60 days prior to your departure the final balance becomes due when we will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form (CCA) for payment of the balance, which we will ask you to complete, sign and return. On completion of these formalities we will send you Masterstroke Golf Package Instructions.

Alternatively we can accept your cheque or arrangements can be made for a Bank Transfer.
PRICE QUOTATION: Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and converted to US Dollars (or such other currency on request), are net and subject to change based on currency fluctuation and other rate increases beyond our control for which we are not liable. Clients choosing to pay by credit card are advised to check with their card issuer applicable fees and exchange rates, as we are not liable for these.
CANCELLATIONS: Final payment of the tour is due at least 8 weeks before the start of the tour. If this payment is not made in good time the company retains the right to cancel the tour and in these circumstances deposits will not be refunded.
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing to the registered address of the company. The due date of cancellation will be the date on which the company receives it. Recorded delivery is recommended in these circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the client the following charges will apply:
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if the client has paid more than the agreed deposit and provided written notice of cancellation has been received 8 weeks prior to departure date, the balance will be refunded less any amounts paid out by the company to secure tee times or other services.
As the company remits full payment for green fees, accommodation and car hire on receipt of payment in full by the client, written notice of cancellation received up to 2 weeks prior to departure date shall be honoured by repayment of such funds the company can recapture from the suppliers in accordance with the cancellation policies of the suppliers, less a £50.00 handling fee per person.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations within 14 days of departure. Exemptions to this rule are limited to the death and serious illness in the immediate family and Physicians certificate must be provided. In such circumstances every effort will be made to recapture funds remitted to suppliers but any refund will be limited to what can be recaptured less the deposit and a £50.00 handling fee per person.
INSURANCE: We strongly recommend for your own protection that you take out insurance to cover you in the case of forced cancellation, loss or damage to luggage and golf equipment, personal injury, accident or illness none of which Masterstroke Golf can be held responsible, yet these things can happen.
UNUSED TOUR SERVICES: The tour services included in the tour package, which are not used for any reason, are non-refundable.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Company and/or its agents & representatives and/or associated companies give notice that all tickets, coupons & vouchers issued by them and all arrangements for transport or conveyance or for accommodation used, are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or by negligence on the part of any person engaged in conveying the passenger therewith or any hotel or accommodation proprietor or servant.
The Company and/or its agents & representatives and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delays or changes in airline schedules, ferries, or other services, sickness weather, strikes, war, quarantines or other causes.
Passports, Visas, Health Certificates, Golf Handicap Certificates and other documents are the responsibility of the client. The Company does not accept responsibility for the loss of services or extra charges incurred due to lack of such documents.
Golf Vacation Packages are subject to the terms & conditions of the company.
